SmartFlow Technologies has provided systems to filter customer's waste streams. Customers come to us to clean up their waste streams initially to satisfy discharge requirements or to eliminate fees or fines for excess BOD/COD components. After initial testing we have found the SmartFlow systems are able to capture valuable components in the waste stream such as product or byproducts of the manufacturing process.

SmartFlow has been able to harvest the valuable components and provide the customers with improved product yield on a plant wide basis or a new revenue stream derived from capturing the process by product. These instances are literally "Trash to Treasure" applications where we turn a waste cost into a company revenue.

A few examples of waste water processing with ConSep^® filters at the lab level are below. The videos demonstrate the capability of the ConSep^® platform rather than a particular customer application. The ConSep^® platform is linearly scalable, so these and similar dewatering processes can be scaled to any production volume.
